Sudhir Ippagunta
Sudhir Ippagunta is the Founder and Principal of Ippagunta & Company, initially established as Fincelera Capital Advisors. He advises entrepreneurs, investors and families on financing, mergers and acquisitions, and licensing, and leads each engagement from origination through closing.
Mr. Ippagunta has 19 years of experience in corporate finance, strategy and business development, primarily in operating roles at large corporations and growth-stage companies. His transaction experience spans mergers and acquisitions, carve-outs and post-transaction integration.
Prior to founding the firm, Mr. Ippagunta was Global Head of Finance and Business Development at Avellino Labs, a biotechnology start-up. He previously held finance and strategy positions at Alcon Labs, then part of Novartis.
Mr. Ippagunta received a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science and Engineering from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani (Dubai), and an MBA from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas.
